Kathmandu city tour with Breakfast/Dinner
This morning we will start to our city sight-seeing program and will take to you to Bhaktapur, the medieval city of devotees and all other old cities of Kathmandu Valley. From here we visit two very important religious placess: Pashupatinath the biggest Hindus temple, nearby along the banks of the Bagmati River, is the cremation area for the dead body. Boudhnath is possibly the bigest stupa in the world and a center for the Buddhism. We are free in the afternoon.
In the afternoon we continue our tour to Kathmandu Durbar Square, the palace of the Malla & the Shah kings of Nepal. Interested places are the Kasthamandup, a medieval rest house and said to give Kathmandu its name, Kumari Temple, the virgin goddess. From here we go to visit Swoyambhunath stupa (Monkey Temple), on top of a hill overlooking Kathmandu valley. In the evening we will have a cultural program with a typical Nepali dinner.
